How to Make Your Flash disk Bootable for Installing Windows 7 or Higher



Flash disk is storage disk similar to a hard disk on the computer which can be found everywhere now. We usually use that for saving some data, such as documents, music, videos, etc. Flashdisk is easy to bring because its size is smaller than hard disk. Another function of a flash disk is, it can be used to reinstall a window. The people usually use a CD/DVD to reinstall a window on a computer. But how if there is not any CD/DVD Rom or the CD/DVD Drive has broken for installing Windows. That’s why we need a flashdisk boot able to install a Windows.
Materials:
-          A flash disk 4 GB or higher.
-          A laptop which still work its windows.
-          A software called WintoFlash.
-          Any Windows which in ISO file.
The steps:
1.      Turn on the laptop until showing the desktop.
2.      Launch WintoFlash program. You can find it in your download folder if you download it for the first time. This software is portable. So you don’t have to install it first.
3.      Choose ‘Advanced Mode’ Tab. After the program is launched, you will see the screen with two tabs but if it is the first time you launch this software, you will be given a license agreement box. And then click next button until it says finish.
4.      Choose ‘Transfer Window Vista/2008/7/8 setup to USB drive’ option. This option won’t work if you install windows below windows 7. So in this section, it depends on what windows you are going to install. After that click the ‘Create’ button.
5.      Find and Select your Windows ISO file on the first box. Another screen will show up with two long boxes. In this step you must find and select where you put your ISO file. After you find it, click open.
6.      Identify the flash disk letter on the second box. In this step, the flash disk drive letter should be chosen correctly, but this software usually detects the flash disk drive letter automatically. After do all the steps above, click run button.
7.      Accept the license agreement. Before the process of copying data begins, you will be given another license agreement. It is a statement that you will be responsible for everything that will happen to the flash disk.
8.      Ignore a Warning screen. Another new screen will show up after you do the step number 7. It says that you will lose your data, but don’t be panic, click ‘Continue’ button. It will continue to format your flash disk drive.

9.      Wait and click finish button. In the last step, the process will directly copy your Operating system data from ISO file into the Flash disk. It will take about 15 up to 30 minutes to finish the process. Wait until the bar reach 100% and then click finish button. Now you can reinstall your computer using a flash disk.
